Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity conducted through your account.

Do not share access credentials or use another person’s account without permission. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

VibePaper provides AI-assisted tools for creating, editing, organizing, and sharing text, images, audio, video, and workflows. Features and supported models may change as the service evolves.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether and how to use them.

You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You must have the rights and permissions required to upload or process content through VibePaper.

You may not use VibePaper to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, abuse or disrupt the service, bypass security controls, impersonate others, or create unlawful or harmful content.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service.

Some features depend on third-party models, identity providers, storage, or payment services. Their separate terms may apply.

Prices, quotas, subscriptions, and refund terms shown at purchase form part of these Terms. Except where law requires otherwise, consumed credits and completed service periods are non-refundable.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that AI outputs will be error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or other reasonable means. Continuing to use VibePaper after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
